During the Perfume Pagoda tour, you have a good chance to experience the cultural and religious value of the old pagodas and nearby surroundings in the northern region not too far from Hanoi City. Our guide will pick you up at the hotel in Hanoi City. You will arrive at the Perfume Pagoda after a two-hours road trip through traditional northern Vietnamese villages. Walk to Yen wharf to take the boat to Trinh Temple. According to urban legend, this site was discovered by a monk 2000 years ago. Through the ages, in this region, many temples have been destroyed, and today only seven remain.
Leave the boat for hiking up to the pagoda inside the Huong Tich cave on the mountaintop (2.5km in height). After visiting this unique pagoda, you will go back down and have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, you will visit Thien Tru Pagoda to witness, and if you want, you can participate in the daily act of worship. Drive back Hanoi and finish your Perfume pagoda tour, end of our service!
